Platform-specific observations, one clear plan

Understand your visibility in Claude, Gemini and Perplexity

Different AI platforms can describe the same business differently. I help you review relevant answers, understand the evidence behind them and improve the public information that supports your brand.

A straightforward working process

Know what is being done.
Understand why it matters.

No mystery checklist. Your business priorities determine the SEO work.

  1. STEP 01

    Understand

Your business, customers, market and the work that is worth winning.

  2. STEP 02

    Prioritize

A research-led roadmap with a clear order, ownership and measurable goals.

  3. STEP 03

    Implement

Technical fixes, useful pages and a conversion path that works on real devices.

  4. STEP 04

    Review

Search performance and qualified inquiries, then the next set of decisions.

Choose a useful comparison

The review begins with the business questions you care about and the platforms your scope will cover. A comparison is more useful when it examines consistent topics, records the context and distinguishes brand-information questions from broader provider recommendations.

For an Atlanta business, that may involve a local service, a specialist project type or a product category. We avoid treating unrelated prompts as comparable measurements merely because each answer contains a company name.

Claude: review the answer in its context

For Claude, the review records the question, the answer and whether the observed interaction uses web research or supplied information. Those details matter when interpreting what the result tells us about your public business presence.

We examine how the business is described, whether relevant details are correct and which accessible information could be clearer. The outcome is a set of observations and actionable website or source improvements, not a claim that one sampled answer represents every Claude conversation.

Gemini: distinguish the product being observed

Gemini observations should be documented separately from Google Search features such as AI Overviews or AI Mode. A result in one experience does not prove that the same wording or recommendation appears in another.

The review looks at brand identity, service understanding and supporting sources in the selected interaction. If an answer is incomplete or inaccurate, we identify the public information that can be improved and keep the finding tied to its date and question.

Perplexity: inspect the cited information

Perplexity reviews consider both the answer and the pages it references. A useful citation can help explain a service or product, while a mention based on outdated information may reveal a need to improve the underlying source.

Technical access can also be reviewed within scope. Perplexity documents a search-related crawler and separate user-triggered visits. Any access change is considered alongside your site’s publishing preferences and security controls rather than treated as a guarantee of recommendation.

Improve what the platforms can learn about the business

The shared action plan can address unclear service descriptions, inconsistent location details, incomplete professional profiles, weak project explanations or unsupported marketing claims. The website should make its important facts understandable and connect them to relevant evidence.

Content work is based on actual customer questions and your real expertise. A useful service explanation or well-documented case can support several research experiences without creating separate thin pages solely to name each AI platform.

Keep measurement transparent

Reports retain the platform, query, date and available source context. We distinguish a mention, a citation, a factual correction and a referral visit because those are different observations with different commercial implications.

Repeated checks can show changes within the defined method, but they are not a complete measure of all users or every possible question. Where analytics identifies relevant visits and enquiries, those are reported separately and connected to the business discussion.

Use the findings to guide practical work

You can begin with a focused cross-platform review or include the work in a wider SEO and content engagement. The scope identifies the questions, platforms and deliverables so you know what the comparison covers before it starts.

Send your website, the services or products that matter and any answers you want investigated. I will help decide whether the priority is clearer business information, stronger content, a technical access review or ongoing observation.

Clear answers before you commit

Service questions, answered

Will all three platforms show the same answer?

Not necessarily. Their responses and sources can differ, which is why the review keeps platform-specific observations rather than combining everything into one unsupported claim.

Can you guarantee that Claude or Gemini will mention us?

No. We can improve the public information and technical conditions within the agreed scope, but the platforms control their own answers.

Is a Gemini result the same as Google AI Overviews?

No. They should be recorded as separate experiences. Evidence from one should not be presented as proof of visibility in the other.

Do you check citations as well as mentions?

Yes, where the interaction provides them. The source behind an answer can be as important as whether the brand name appears.

Can we compare competitors?

A defined comparison can be included. The query set and method should be consistent, and the report should explain the limits of the sample.

What happens after the review?

You receive a prioritized action plan. Content, technical changes or ongoing checks can then be scoped according to the findings and your business needs.
