Features intended to help
The site uses readable text, descriptive links, visible keyboard focus, labeled form controls and a skip-to-content link. Menus and expandable questions can be operated from a keyboard, and the layout adapts to smaller screens.
Motion is not essential to using the site. The design respects a reduced-motion preference. Forms provide validation and status information without requiring a phone or video call.
Images and original evidence
Informative images have text descriptions. Original case screenshots may contain detailed text that is easier to read in the full-size version; the surrounding case copy and captions explain the relevant observations.
Third-party credential and source pages are maintained by their own operators. If a verification destination is difficult to use, contact us and identify the credential or evidence you need help reviewing.
