Information you choose to send
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address and project message. You can also provide a website, phone number, service area, requested service and budget range. We record the page from which the request was made, a submission reference and the time of submission.
Please do not send account passwords, payment-card information, private customer records or other sensitive information through this form. A website address is used to understand your inquiry; it is not an instruction to access private accounts.
How the information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, assess project fit, prepare a proposal and maintain a record of the conversation. The form’s contact consent concerns your request and does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Technical information is processed to operate and protect the website, prevent abusive submissions and investigate delivery failures. The inquiry system uses derived rate-limit identifiers rather than retaining a raw IP address in the lead record. Hosting services still process network information needed to deliver requests.
Service providers and storage
Amazon Web Services hosts the website and the inquiry infrastructure. Inquiry records are stored in a private database in the United States, and Amazon Simple Email Service sends a notification to the business email address. Our email provider processes the notification and subsequent correspondence.
The website does not currently load advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts or marketing cookies. External verification links and other websites have their own privacy practices. Clicking those links takes you outside this website.
Retention and deletion
The dedicated inquiry database schedules records for deletion after 365 days. Database expiration is asynchronous, and recovery backups may retain historical versions for their configured recovery window. Operational application logs use a 30-day retention setting; temporary delivery-failure records may be retained for up to 14 days.
Email correspondence is stored separately from the inquiry database and is not deleted by the database expiration setting. It may be retained while needed to handle the request, an engagement, business records or applicable obligations. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information.
Your choices and contact
You can use email instead of the form, omit optional fields and choose not to proceed with a proposal. To request access, correction or deletion, write to info@pinnacli.com and identify the request or correspondence concerned. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information.
We do not sell inquiry information or use the form to enroll you in an advertising audience. Information may be disclosed when needed to comply with an applicable legal obligation or protect the security of the service. This notice will be updated if the website’s data practices materially change.
