AI SEO and GEO for a clearer, better-supported business presence

Understand how your business appears in AI-assisted research and improve the information available about it. I connect AI-search visibility work with the technical, content and evidence foundations of a useful website.

A straightforward working process

Know what is being done.
Understand why it matters.

No mystery checklist. Your business priorities determine the SEO work.

  1. STEP 01

    Understand

Your business, customers, market and the work that is worth winning.

  2. STEP 02

    Prioritize

A research-led roadmap with a clear order, ownership and measurable goals.

  3. STEP 03

    Implement

Technical fixes, useful pages and a conversion path that works on real devices.

  4. STEP 04

    Review

Search performance and qualified inquiries, then the next set of decisions.

Start with what buyers ask

AI-search work should begin with relevant customer questions, not a generic visibility score. We identify the services, comparisons and business facts that matter when someone researches your category, then define the platforms and query set worth examining.

For an Atlanta business, that can include local-provider questions, specialist service comparisons or product research. The review distinguishes a question about your brand from a broader recommendation request, because those test different aspects of visibility.

Establish a documented baseline

I review selected answers and the sources they use, recording the question, platform, date and available context. The findings can reveal missing business information, inaccurate descriptions or opportunities to explain your offer more clearly.

A sampled answer is an observation, not a census of every user’s experience. We keep that distinction visible so a single favorable result does not become an exaggerated coverage claim and a single missing mention does not automatically become a crisis.

Make your business facts clear and consistent

Your website should explain who operates the business, what it offers, where it serves customers and what evidence supports its claims. I review how that information appears across the key pages and relevant public profiles.

For a founder-led business, this can include a clear professional profile, source-linked credentials and accurately described projects. For an established company, it may involve clarifying services, locations, product information or inconsistent brand details. The information must first be useful and truthful for people.

Improve the pages that support an answer

Useful content addresses a specific question and supplies enough context to understand the answer. I help structure service explanations, comparisons, project profiles and supporting resources so the reader can identify the subject, evidence and next step.

That does not mean creating a large number of thin question pages. The work follows the actual information need and the website’s structure. Important claims should be supported, dates should be meaningful and related pages should connect naturally.

Review access and technical foundations

A website’s content needs to be accessible through the relevant search and browsing mechanisms. The review can include robots directives, important page rendering, structured information and hosting restrictions, with changes matched to your publishing and access preferences.

Google states that its AI search features use the established SEO foundations and do not require special AI markup. We do not treat an extra file or schema label as a guaranteed route into AI answers. Technical work supports the content; it does not control a platform’s recommendations.

Measure observations and real customer activity

The reporting separates sampled mentions, citations and factual accuracy from referral visits and enquiries. Where traffic and conversion data are available, they help show whether observed visibility is associated with useful customer activity.

The platform, query set and review method remain documented between checks. If an answer changes, we examine what changed and whether the same question and conditions were used. That produces a more useful basis for decisions than a dramatic before-and-after screenshot without context.

A coordinated SEO and AI-search plan

AI visibility is part of my published practice alongside technical SEO, content, analytics and search strategy. The engagement can be a focused baseline review or an ongoing program that addresses the most important information and website issues.

Send your website, the services or products you want to be known for and any AI answer that concerns you. I will explain what the review can establish and propose a written scope, with no promise that an AI platform will recommend the business on demand.

Clear answers before you commit

Service questions, answered

What is the difference between SEO, GEO and AEO?

SEO addresses search visibility broadly. GEO and AEO are commonly used for work around AI-generated answers and recommendations. In practice, useful content, accurate business information and technical accessibility overlap across them.

Can you guarantee a ChatGPT recommendation?

No. AI platforms decide what to include and answers can vary. The work improves the information and access we can control, then records what is observed.

Do I need a separate AI website?

Not automatically. We first review the current website and information gaps. A separate professional profile can be useful in some cases, but it is not a universal requirement.

Is llms.txt required?

It should not be treated as a universal requirement or ranking guarantee. Any machine-readable file needs a clear purpose within the project, alongside useful public pages.

How will you measure progress?

We define a relevant query set and review method, then separate sampled answer visibility from referral traffic, enquiries and available business outcomes.

Can this be combined with regular SEO?

Yes. The strongest scope often coordinates technical SEO, content and business information so the work supports customers across several search experiences.
