Check the exact business category before making a promise
Eligibility comes before campaign planning. Google determines which categories and locations can use Local Services Ads, and a broad description such as construction does not establish that every trade or project type qualifies. We check your actual services and the current requirements for the area you want to cover.
Architecture, interior design, furniture retail and construction should not be treated as interchangeable categories. If the program is not available for the business, we explain the limitation and consider other search options rather than selling a setup that cannot be completed.
Prepare accurate information for verification
Google sets the screening and verification process, which can vary by business category and location. The application may require business, licensing, insurance or other supporting information. We help identify the requested materials and keep the profile consistent with the actual business.
Only the business can provide its genuine records. We do not invent a local office, borrow another company’s credentials, misstate a license or guarantee approval. Missing or inconsistent information should be resolved before advertising creates expectations the business cannot meet.
Use the current program language honestly
Google now uses Google Verified for eligible Local Services Ads profiles that complete the required process. Old articles and sales pages may use earlier badge names. We check the current account and official guidance rather than promising a badge based on outdated terminology.
An agency cannot award Google’s verification badge. Our role is to support the application and campaign work within the permitted process. The new Atlanta SEO Company website does not display such a badge as though it proves its own eligibility.
Choose service areas you can actually support
An enquiry only helps if the business can take the job. We review the service types, working hours and geographic coverage against your team’s capacity. Travel time and project economics can make a lead in one part of the Atlanta area more suitable than an apparently similar lead elsewhere.
The profile should make those boundaries clear. Expanding the coverage area is a business decision, not an automatic optimization. We do not list every nearby city simply to make an account appear larger or imply offices that do not exist.
Build a dependable response process
The advertising setup is only part of the work. Someone needs to receive and respond to enquiries, confirm the requested service, establish the location and decide whether the opportunity is a fit. We review how incoming leads reach that person and where handoffs can fail.
A simple qualification record helps distinguish relevant enquiries, unsuitable requests and booked work. Where the platform provides lead-review or feedback tools, we review the current options. We do not promise automatic credits or refunds for every lead the business dislikes.
Keep reporting connected to booked work
Reports should show more than the number of enquiries received. We separate spending, recorded leads and any verified outcomes your team supplies. An unanswered request and a booked project should not be presented as equivalent successes.
This also helps identify operational constraints. If suitable enquiries are arriving but cannot be answered during business hours, raising the budget may not solve the problem. We discuss the advertising and follow-up evidence together, without claiming access to outcomes the business has not recorded.
Start with an eligibility and readiness review
Send your website, business category, exact services and the communities you serve. Tell us whether you already have a Local Services Ads account and whether any verification step is stalled. Sensitive documents should be shared only through an agreed secure process, not a public contact-form message.
The initial response can be written. We outline what is known, what Google must verify and which tasks belong in the scope. Approval, lead volume and a particular cost per booked job are not promised.
